As a standout student at Newburyport High, Nicole exhibited remarkable leadership and intelligence. She served as president of her junior and senior classes, co-editor of the school yearbook, prom queen, and excelled academically finishing near the top of her class. 

            Upon graduating Nicole took her talents to a wider stage.  From the University of Pennsylvania, New York City and Paris to advertising, marketing, the culinary arts, fashion and design.

            Nicole was a free spirit – a bundle of creativity, energy and enthusiasm.  Her physical beauty might have intimidated some had it not been for her openness to all people and to all that life offered.  She had a special gift -- a sweet, disarming way that endeared her to those around her.  Nicole appreciated the under-appreciated and cherished the eccentric. 

            Consistently throughout her life, Nicole chose the alternative, less traveled path.  She was a one-of-a-kind in so many ways. Nicole is survived by her daughter, Sophia Lily, who lives with her father, Andrew Knight, in Birmingham, England.
